Growing Places Cuts Ribbon on New Building

Growing Place cut the ribbon to its new educational facility this morning. Executive Director, Cellissa Hoyt, Contractor Jeff Coburn, and clients Amy Papineau (mother) and Glenn Papineau (son) had the honors of watching the ribbon fall as new families began arriving.
